Laura Jean Gandy Hansen, age 43, of Conway, Arkansas, passed away at her home on Tuesday, November 15, 2005. Born in Memphis, Tennessee, on October 20, 1962, she was the daughter of Doris (Bailey) Gandy and the late Joe Gandy. Laura was a former resident of Heber Springs. She was an employee of Elder Care. Her religious belief was Baptist. Laura is survived by two sons, Trent Harris and Andrew Harris, both of Conway; her mother, Doris Gandy of Conway; one sister, Melissa Hight of Greenbrier; and one nephew, Seth Fisher of Conway. Laura is also survived by other relatives and her many friends.
A memorial service will be held Sunday, November 27, 2005, at 4:00 p.m. in the Olmstead Chapel. Memorials may be made to the Hansen Children Fund at Greers Ferry Lake State Bank, 1230 Hwy. 25 N., Heber Springs, AR 72543. Arrangements are by Olmstead Funeral Home, Inc.
