Debra June Tate, age 49, of Marshall, Arkansas, passed away Friday, November 11, 2005, at the Quapaw Quarter Nursing Center in Little Rock. Born in Oletha, Kansas, on July 20, 1956, she was the daughter of the late David Haile and Betty (Jones) Watters.

Debra was a day care worker and a member of the Southside Baptist Church. She is survived by two sons, Steven Wargo of Sparta, Tennessee, and Jeremy Smith of Atoka, Tennessee; one sister, Brenda Pasley of Searcy; her stepfather, Loyd Watters; and one grandchild, Tre Ward. Debra is also survived by other relatives and her many friends.

A memorial service will be held Monday, Nov. 14, at 4:00 p.m. in the Olmstead Chapel with Rev. Lloyd Blanton officiating. Arrangements are by Olmstead Funeral Home, Inc.
