Solomon and Amelia had a son Samuel Gardner. Samuel appears on the 1900 census as being born in Jul 1880. Family stories tell that Samuel left the family and Texas and never returned. I found WWI draft card were he listed one of his sisters NOK. Indicated he was living in Pigs Point VA in 1918. Pretty sure it is him on the 1920 census for Lee's, Florida living as a boarder. If you have any information please let me know.
