Dwayne Wellborn of Clermont, and Tonya and Drew Rogers of Gainesville; son, William "Chip" Stowe III of Gillsville; grandchildren, Danielle Wellborn, Dustin and Alyson Wellborn, Daniel and Madison Wellborn, William Arthur IV and Daniella Stowe, Victoria Rogers, Abigail Rogers, Alexandra Rogers, Rachel Rogers, and Jeremy Rogers; great-grandchild, Adelyn Wellborn; sister and brother-in-law, Margaret and Gene Jones of Cleveland; sister, Pat McGiboney of Stone Mountain; and sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Beverly and Raymond Ivie of Villa Rica.
