Macarthy, Thelma Marie Age 83 of Staunton, IL, passed Tuesday, December 20, 2016. Thelma is survived by her husband Edwin Mac Macarthy; daughters Rhonda (Ken) Galliher Pape and Sandy (Ian) Parton; sons David (Penny Manary) Galliher and Dan (Tammy) Galliher; sisters Dorothy Snyder and Faye Knapp. She had 8 grandchildren and several great grandchildren; 21 step grandchildren and 15 step great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Ronald Galliher, granddaughter Kyrie. She was a friend to many. Member of (Church, Union, Civic or Fraternal Org. - St. Michael's Catholic Church of Staunton, IL; very active in the Ladies Golf Association at Staunton Country Club; volunteered at His Service Station in Staunton, IL; active volunteer with Rankin-Jordan Children's Hospital in St. Louis, MO. Thelma was a seamstress for many years. Services: Funeral, Friday, December 23, 2016 at 11:00 AM at St. Michael's Catholic Church, Staunton, IL. Interment Memorial Park Cemetery, Staunton, IL.
