She was born Friday, March 17, 1933 in Wabash County, Illinois to Raymond and Freda (Adams) Woods.
Frances was a member of Parkview Christian Church in Mt. Carmel. She was a homemaker much of her life and grandmother to her five grandchildren.
Left to cherish her memories are her husband, Bobby, of 65 years; children, Larry (Connie) Horrall of Mt. Carmel and Beverly (Glen) Luker of Albion, IL; grandchildren Tim (Stephanie) Luker, Stacey (Mason) Moore, Joshua (Ashley) Horrall, Matthew (Tara) Horrall, and Ryan (Lauren) Horrall; and nine great-grandchildren.
Preceding her in death were her parents; brother, Gene Woods; sisters, Betty Hockgeiger and Mildred Medlevine.
The Funeral for Mrs. Horrall will be Monday, December 26, 2016 in the Chapel of Short Funeral Home, 527 N Mulberry St., Mt. Carmel. Burial in Highland Memorial Cemetery, College Drive, Mt. Carmel.
