Amanda was a graduate of Freehold Borough High School. She enjoyed time with her family especially her son, Luca.
In addition to her son she is survived by her mother, Mary Carotenuto; her stepfather George Gmitter and Lisa Rotili; her grandfather, Louis Carotenuto; two sisters, Kristen and Olivia Gmitter; her cousins, Dominque Carotenuto Kousoulildes, Nicholas Carotenuto Kousoulides and Dylan and Christopher Rand; and many aunts and uncles
A memorial gathering will be held at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold, NJ. A Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated at St. Rose of Lima Church, Freehold, NJ. Interment will be in St. Rose of Lima Cemetery, Freehold, NJ.
