Joan worked as a cashier and at the service desk at the former Laneco in Wind Gap. She was a 1958 graduate of Liberty High School, Bethlehem. Joan had a love for animals, butterflies, the beach and Elvis.
She is survived by sons, Michael A. Taylor and wife Jean and Mathew Taylor and wife Suzanne, all of Nazareth. Daughters, Michele Taylor, New Tripoli and Melissa Taylor and her husband Lars Petersen, Wellington, FL. Grandchildren, Matison, Brett and Justin and step-grandsons, Brandon and Gabriel. Sister, Jean Taylor, Bethlehem. Half-sisters, Paticia Kozero, of Victoria, Mn. And Carol Kozero. Half-brothers, Junior and David Kozero, Bethlehem. Pre-deceased half-sister, Deborah LaForm.
Services are Tuesday at 11:00 AM in the Joseph F. Reichel Funeral Home, Inc. 220 Washington Park, Nazareth. Calling hour is Tuesday 10:00 AM until services in the funeral home. Burial in Fairview Cemetery, Moore Twp.
