Friends greeted the couple, with congratulations upon their return from Palmyra, following the ceremony. Mr. and Mrs. Innes are at home to friends at 403 1/2 Broadway.
Mrs. Innes was employed, before her marriage, at the 401 Club, for two and a half years. Her mother, Mrs. Long, resides at 332 North Fourth street. Mrs. Innes spent several years, some time ago, in Los Angeles, where she was employed as a beauty operator.
Mr. Innes is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Innes, of Hersman. He has been living in Quincy the past four years, and has been employed by the Bennett Furniture company, for the past three years.

Cora Lee (Long) Innes testified that she and R. R. Innes were married 25 July 1939 and he deserted her 19 February 1945. She petitioned for divorce in January 1948. The decree was signed in Adams county Illinois circuit court, by Judge Fred G. Wolfe, 17 January 1948.
She remarried, as Mrs. Cora Lee Innes, to James Van Natta in August 1948.
