Services for Shirley A. Kramer, 48, of Lavelle, who died early Wednesday morning in Pottsville Hospital, will be held at 11 am Saturday in Church of the Nazarene, Route 901 Lavelle. The Rev. Delbert Bieber will officiate. Interment will be in Sunnyside Memorial Cemetery, Lavelle. Stephen R. Rothermel Funeral Home, Klingerstown, is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Kramer was hospitalized for three weeks and had been in ill health since August.
She was born in Lavelle, January 12, 1940, a daughter of the late Norman and Katie (Bensinger) Pennypacker.
She attended Ashland High School.
She was a sewing machine operator employed by Pri-vate Label, Frackville until August.
Mrs. Kramer was a member of Church of the Naza-rene, where she was a former Sunday school teacher. She was a member of International Ladies Garment Workers Union, Local of Shamokin.
She was married to Theophilus W. Kramer on February 22, 1958, in Lavelle.
Surviving in addition to her husband, are a daughter, Dianna, Minnich, of Berrysburg; two sons, David, of Fort Lee, VA, and Clinton, at home, five grandchildren; a brother, William Pennypacker, of Philadelphia.
