Mary Jean Stephens Beal, 81, Siler City died Monday, December 26, 2016 at Universal Health Care of Ramseur.
Mrs. Beal was born February 6, 1935, the daughter of Charles R. and Thelma Hinshaw Stephens.
Jean was a native of Chatham County. She was employed by Chatham Hospital as a Dietarian and was a member of Brookdale Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by brothers, Roland, Bruton, Charlie, sisters Ollie Mae and Doris Lee.
The family will receive friends Thursday, December 29, 2016 from 10:00 - 11:00 AM at Rocky River Baptist Church Fellowship Hall, 4436 Siler City-Snow Camp Road, Siler City, 27344 with the funeral service following at 11:00 AM in the church fellowship hall with Rev. Greg Burriss and Rev. Rob Roberts officiating. Burial will be at Chatham Memorial Park, Siler City.
Memorial may be made to Rocky River Baptist Church Fellowship Hall Building Fund.
