Piper, Carl W. F. - died, at the residence, 420 West Canedy street, at 5:30 p.m. Monday, Feb. 16, 1920, from a complication of diseases, at the age of 85 years. Double funeral services for both Carl W. F. Piper (father) and Henry W. Piper (son), will be held Thursday at the residence, 420 West Canedy street and at Trinity Lutheran church. Interment will be in Oak Ridge cemetery. Surviving is one daughter, Mrs. Edith Harbour; one son Gustave; one step-daughter, Mrs. Amelia Kaiser; and three step-sons, Fred, Charles and George Dauphin; 27 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
