Duane was born January 15, 1963, in Flint, to Lyle Earl Lightle and Charlotte Louise (Roome) Lightle. He was a mechanic in the automotive industry for many years. He enjoyed many hobbies, including hunting, fishing, watching the Detroit Lions and University of Michigan football, watching western movies, and was a fan of classic cars. Duane also enjoyed taking vacations with his family, and had fond memories of traveling up north to Glennie, Michigan. He was a kindhearted, and loving man who will be missed greatly.
Left to cherish his memory are his daughter, Amanda Lightle; two nephews: Brandon (Elizabeth) Novak, and Joseph Novak; his great-nephew, Wayne Novak; brother, Robert Lightle; and sister, Brenda Lightle.
Sadly, Duane was preceded in death by his parents, Lyle and Charlotte; his brother, David Lightle; and his grandparents.
