Plumas National Bulletin 21 Jul 1921 - William Arthur Keddie, Fallon rancher and John Austin Frost, ex-army aviator, were instantly killed at the air mail landing field here Sunday afternoon, July 17th, when a plan
ce they were flying fell to earth and burst into flames. The cause of the accident was never determined.
The body of Mr. Keddie was shipped to Quincy, his boyhood home where funeral services were held Tuesday and burial in Quincy Cemetery.

He was the son of A. W. Keddie and aged 43y 4m 13d. Attended elementary school in Quincy and to the U of Nevada in Reno, graduated class of 1901, mechanical and engineering departments.

Married Ada Bernice Williams, 11 May 1908 in San Francisco, she is the daughter of the late Senator and Mrs. W. W. Williams of Fallon.
