Daughter of Warren and Sally Lepley Brink, she married Henry O. Seekins, was widowed, lived at 10 Monroe St, Franklin, died there of myocardial degeneration, per death certificate 019516-61, whose informant was Warren Seekins of Franklin. Buried Feb 23 1961.

Mrs. Margaret "Maggie" Seekins, 90, of 10 Monroe Street, on of Oak Hill's oldest and best known residents, died in her residence at 6 am today, following several years of failing health. She was born in the Baker Hill district Sept. 15, 1870, daughter of Warren and Sally Lepley Brink.

She was united in marriage with Henry O. Seekins March 1, 1888, and he died in May, 1937.

She resided in the Oak Hill area more than 60 years. She was a member of the Oak Hill Evangelical United Brethren Church and was a former member of the Ladies Aid Society there.

Surviving are two sons and a daughter, William Ray and J. Warren Seekins, and Mrs. Edith Finch, all of Franklin; nine grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; and 13 great-great-grandchildren; a brother, William Brink of Cooperstown; and several nieces and nephews. Two daughters preceded her in death, Myrtle in 1904 and Mrs. Almeda McCleery in 1959.

Services will be at 2 pm Thursday at Oak Hill Evangelical United Brethren Church, with Rev. Clair Tucker officiating. Interment will be in Franklin Cemetery.
