CLAYTON, age 93, on Thurs. Oct. 13, 2005 at his residence. Beloved husband of the late Elva Hodges Ashton for over 65 years; dear father of Florence A. Schadler and Frank W. Ashton; dear grandfather of Edward C. and Michael J. Ashton, Craig R. Schadler and Cindy S. Lyles; great grandfather of Allison, Andrew and Abbie Lyles.

Clayton celebrated life to the fullest. Born April 3, 1912 in Phila., PA at Frankford Hospital. He was a friend to all who knew him. A retired Master Carpenter, Union Local 1462, Member of Newtown Masonic Lodge #427, The Lehigh Consistory, Neshaminy Valley Golf Club, Middletown Seniors Center and Bensalem High School Class of 1931. A Memorial Tree (Oak) Planting Service is planned for Sat. May 6, 2006 at his home.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinsons Research, Grand Central Station, P.O. Box 4777, New York, NY 10163, Caring Hospice or St. Mary Medical Center Foundation.
