Larry was raised by his loving parents, Sam and Evelyn Phineas, as the eldest sibling of a beautiful blended family. He worked as a loyal union brother of the ILWU, Local 13, for more than 13 years. He was a wonderful and loving uncle to all of his nieces and nephews. He will be deeply missed and always loved.
