Miss Phyllis I. Douglas, 74, of Galesburg, died at 10:42 a.m. Tuesday, January 3, 2017 in Galesburg Cottage Hospital.
She was born June 1, 1942, in Galesburg, the daughter of Harry and Verna (Davis) Douglas.
She is survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Phyllis attended Sunnyside School. She also attended KCCDD.
Graveside service will be 11 a.m. Monday, January 9, 2017 in Memorial Park Cemetery. Rev. Daniel Siems will officiate. There will be no visitation. Memorial contributions may be made to Clark Court.
