Dorothy E. Busse, 86, of Adrian, MI and formerly of Oak Harbor, Ohio passed away on Friday, December 30, 2016, at Brookdale Adrian. Dorothy was born in Swanton, Ohio on December 19, 1930, to Clarence and Mary (Fey)
Burmeister. She was an active member of St. John
Lutheran Church, Rocky Ridge where she was past president of Dorcas Circle and sang in the choir for many years.
Surviving are her sons, Donald L. and Roy R. (Genie) Busse; daughter, Patricia A. (Keith Magill) Busse; 3 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; brothers, Robert, David and Daniel; sister, Jacqueline. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Elmer; brother, Clinton and an infant sister.
Friends may call at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Rd., on Friday, January 6, 2017, from 11 a.m.-4 p.m. with services conducted also on Friday at 6 p.m. Inurnment will take place in Elliston Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to Great Lakes Hospice, 734
