Constance C. Azarowicz, 83, passed away on January 3, 2017 at St. Joseph’s Skilled Nursing Center in Lawrenceville.
Born in Manville, N.J., Connie graduated from Dunellen High School. She had an exciting vocation as a secretary, starting work at Johns-Manville Research Center, getting married and then moving on to Trenton. Connie worked at Samuel Leopold and Company, went on to be administrative secretary at Morris Hall, then continuing onto Rider University, working in the Exhibits and Finance Departments. She advanced in her career as an Administrative Assistant at Bristol-Meyers Squibb. Connie enjoyed baking and cooking, especially for her seven children. She also loved to dance at the Polish Falcons Camp where she met her husband, Len.
Wife of the late Leonard Azarowicz, daughter of the late Cecelia and Joseph Ohlarik and mother of the late Nancy Azarowicz, Connie is survived by her children, Janice Meighan and her husband, Kevin; Karen; Cindy Donnell and her husband, Jan; Joyce Martorelli; Gary Azarowicz; Jim Azarowicz and his wife, Laura; her grandchildren, Timothy and Jennifer Meighan; Mark and Andrew Donnell; Emily and Joshua Martorelli; Jake, Nathan and Lane Azarowicz; and Aidan Azarowicz.
A private mass will be held at Our Lady of Rosary Chapel in Lawrence Township on Monday, January 9. Burial will follow at Brigadier General William C. Doyle Memorial Cemetery in Wrightstown, N.J.
