The remains of four bodies were removed on Monday from the old Ringgold graveyard on the lot recently purchased by Dr. J. T. Twiller, to Chester cemetery by Mr. Humbert. The lot belonged to the estate of the late Josias[sp?] Ringgold, and the slab on one of the graves bore the name of Thomas Ringgold, who died in April, 1772; another Thomas Ringgold, Jr., who died October, 1776, and still another. Anna Maria Ringgold widow of Thomas Ringgold July 1794. The graves were six feet five inches deep. In one of the graves was found a handsome set-ring.
