Hilliard A. "Art" Russell, III, of Memphis, TN, died September 16, 2014. He was a retired electrician and former owner and operator of Art's Hillstop. Art was a 32 Degree Master Mason, a member of the Scottish Rite and the Al Chymia Shrine Temple. Mr. Russell was a loving husband, father and grandfather and enjoyed golf. He was preceded in death by his wife, Joyce Marie Russell and is survived by his son, Hilliard A."Scooter" Russell , IV; brother, Kenneth Joe Russell and two grandchildren, Jackie Russell and Tayler Russell. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Thursday, September 18 and service will be 10 a.m. Friday, September 19 at Forest Hill East Funeral Home with interment following in Forest Hill Cemetery East.
