Tyler David Tate, age four weeks and six days, passed away at home in Greers Ferry, Arkansas, on Sunday, February 13, 2005. He was born in Searcy, Arkansas, on January 10, 2005. Tyler is survived by his father, Shannon Lynn Tate of Batesville, and his mother, Rachel Beth (Earles) Tate, two sisters, Kari Earles and McKenzie Paris, all of Greers Ferry, one half sister, Atlee Lambert of Cave City, his grandparents, Richard David and Linda Earles of Pine Bluff, his uncle, Paul David Earles of Greers Ferry, his grandparents, Charles and Margie Drewry of Carencro, Louisiana, Kim and Eddie Tate of Batesville, and Veda Martin of Batesville, and his aunt, Brandy Martin of Cave City.
Memorial services will be held Thursday, February 17, at 2:00 P.M. in the Olmstead Chapel with Tyler's great-uncle, Rev. Johnie Brewster, officiating.
Memorials may be made to SIDS Research at Arkansas Children's Hospital in Little Rock, AR, or St. Jude's Hospital in Memphis, TN. Arrangements are by Olmstead Funeral Home, Inc.
