Frank L. McPartlin, 67, Personal Property Court Clerk in the County Assessor's office for 20 years and former Democratic Ward Committeeman in the 30th Ward, died Monday in his home at 151 N. Leamington Ave. He leaves his widow, Jane; a son, Robert; two daughters, Mrs. Eleanor Duff and Mrs. Jane Koerner; nine grandchildren; two brothers; and two sisters. Mass will be said at 10:30 a.m. Thursday in St. Thomas Aquinas Church, 5112 Washington Blvd.

McPartlin, beloved husband of the late Jane, nee Begin; loving father of Eleanor Duff, Robert F., and Jane Koerner; dear brother of James, Wilfrid, Adelaide Cushing, Margaret Norton, and the late Hugh; grandfather of nine. At funeral home, 238 S. Cicero, at Jackson, after 12 noon, Tuesday. Funeral Thursday, 10 a.m., to St. Thomas Aquinas church. Mass 10:30 a.m. Interment Queen of Heaven. Member of Holy Name Society; Barry Council, Knights of Columbus; A. O. H., Div. 20, and 30th Ward Reg. Dem. Org.
