Mary grew up in Chicago, Il., and she truly loved her home town. She told many wonderful stories of growing up in the city with her late sister Rita, and brothers John and Chris. After graduating from high school she worked as an executive secretary. She enjoyed ballroom dancing in her free time.
Mary met her future husband Ted on a blind date. They married in 1960, spending the next 50 years together. They raised their family in the Chicago area until 1968 and then moved to Troy, MI, where they would reside until Ted's passing in 2010.
Mary was known for her sense of humor and love of life. She was very supportive of her family and friends. She could always bring a smile to your face.
