Anna Lee Baker, age 94, Clever, was taken home to heaven on Friday, January 6, 2017. She was born May 9, 1922 in Billings, Missouri, the daughter of Lena and Fred Zoller, attending school in Billings.
She was united in marriage to Marcellis Baker on November 26, 1942. They lived on a farm near Clever for many years until moving to Clever in 1974.
Marcellis and Anna Lee were long time, active members of the First Baptist Church of Clever. Anna Lee served in the church's Children's Department and played the piano for services well into her 80's.
She was preceded in death by her husband and by two sons, Avery and John; her parents; and a son-in-law Mickey Hughston. She is survived by two brothers, Bill Zoller and Leroy and his wife Virgina Zoller; her children and their spouses, Richard and Romona Baker, Susan Hughston, and Leetta and Dwight Wilson; a daughter-in-law, Dyan Meyer; seven grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren with another on the way.
Burial in Wise Hill Cemetery, Clever.
