Murder Victim:

Rebecca and her x-husband, Fred Barney , were killed the night of February 22, 2003 by James Kidwell. After the murders, he set fire to their house and exited with their computer. A good samaritan, Kenneth Maxwell , drove by, saw the fire and called 911. Kidwell saw Maxwell and went up to his car and killed him with a .22 pistol. This story was featured on Forensic Files, Season 14, Episode 14 'Fate Date'...
