Eugene was a member of The Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and the Association of Retarded Citizens. He was also a member the United Brotherhood of Electrical Workers #459, member of the Jaycees and a graduate of Laura Lamar High School. Eugene enjoyed painting, woodworking, carving, photography and genealogy.
He is survived by his wife Shirley A. (Zahornacky) Warner; two sons, Eugene K. Warner Jr., Salisbury, MD and Lynn Warner, Erie. He is also survived by his father and four grandchildren, Gene, Kevin, Travis and Justin. Four siblings, Betty, David, Doug and Lisa also survive him.
He was preceded death by his mother and his son, Christopher in 2006.
Friends will be received Friday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the C. Frederick Bowser Funeral Home, Homer City where services will be held Saturday at 11 AM at the funeral home. Interment to follow in the Coral Luther Chapel Cemetery.
