On 28 January 1920 Fred Paasch (35), wife Mary Paasch (32), children; August Paasch (7), Katherine Paasch (5), Frieda Paasch (3 +2/12) and Evelyn Paasch (1+6/12) lived in East Precinct, Hood River County, Oregon. Fred immigrated in 1888 and was naturalized in 1918. He was an orchardist.

Entries below from Park Hill Cemetery records, Vancouver, Clark County, Washington compiled for book published in 1995 by the Clark County Genealogical Society show that both Mary and Fred Paasch initially had their names on a headstone at Park Hill. (See citations below.) Fred was buried there in 1973. His burial permit shows their plot location was Section QA, Lot 17, Graves 9 & 10. (See his permit.) When Mary died Fred's ashes were disinterred from Park Hill on 28 July 1982 and his disinterment permit states "gave GRAVES back to city". No headstone remains for them at Park Hill Cemetery, so they do not have cenotaphs. The Paasch's are not listed in updated Park Hill database. It shows other burials and other headstones in their old plot locations.
