"SPARTANSBURG, Feb 10 - Edwin Baker, age 88, a former resident, died Wednesday evening at the home of his daughter, Mrs Carl Brown, of Meadville. The funeral will be held at her home on Saturday afternoon at 1:30, interment following in Rose Hill cemetery, the body arriving here about 2:30 pm. Mr Baker leaves his wife, Mrs Flora Baker, and two daughters, the one with whom he resided, and Mrs Frank Brown (sic) [Baker]."
