Lambert T. Adams was born Jan. 2, 1961, in Amarillo. He was a 1980 graduate of Amarillo High School. From 1982 to 1988, he served in the U.S. Marine Corps. He attended Texas College, where he received a B.S. degree in political science and pre-law. He also attended the ATDS Prairie Hill Trucking School. He was employed by Duane Reade Pharmaceuticals since 2004 as a business marketer. In 1992 he was owner/operator of Unicorn Interior and Construction Trucking Co.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, REShay Adams; and his grandfather, Ralph Lamar.
Survivors include his wife, Margaret Adams of Tyler, Texas; two sons, Robert and James Adams of Tyler; a daughter, LaBrina Adams of Tyler; his mother, Patricia Lamar Davenport of Amarillo; his father, James A. Adams of Chicago; his grandmother, Devorah Lamar of Amarillo; a sister, Roshanda Tinnin and husband Machael of Amarillo; and an uncle and aunt, Donald and Delphine Lamar of Amarillo.
The family suggests memorials be to a favorite charity.
