Son of Rev. Edward G. Vincent and Julia Ann Danley. Surviving Ralph are two sons Doyle Edward Vincent and Ralph Brooks Vincent by his first wife Evelyn Snyder. Together with his second wife, Elois J. Young, they had three children, a daughter, Cheryl A. Vincent,(Hammer)Boggs; Earl Gibson Vincent who preceded him in death; and Roy Leslie Vincent. Elois J. Vincent passed to glory on October 13, 2016 in Wheeling, WV.
