There is no mention of Isaac as the father in the Bible although there is a marriage record of Isaac Kent and Matilda Marks on November 12, 1801, in Fredricks County, Maryland available on Ancestry.
It does seem odd that there is no mention of Isaac in the Bible. One can only wonder the reason why.
