Betty Mae Blouse, 77, formerly of Glen Rock, died Wednesday, January 14, 2004. She was the wife of Paul W. Blouse to whom she had been married since July 14, 1945.
There will be no services; Interment in Susquehanna Memorial Gardens. J.J. Hartenstein Mortuary, Inc. 24 second Street, New Freedom is In charge of arrangements.
Born March 16, 1926 in Glen Rock, she was the daughter of the late Emory and Gladys May (Harmon) Amspacher.
She was a member of Salem United Church of, Christ in Jacobus and a graduate of Glen Rock High School class of 1944. She was a homemaker and also worked at the former Savada Brothers, Glen Rock and the former Centerville Shop of AMP, Inc, She also survived by one son, William J. 'Nick' Blouse of Seven Valleys; one daughter, Susan M. Chilcoat of Seven Valleys; five grandchildren; and five great-grand-children.
