David F. Long, Jr.
The death of David F. Long, Jr., the eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. David F. Long, Sr., occurred at the family residence just south of town at an early hour yesterday morning. Mr. Long had not been well for a long time, his complaint being stomach trouble, but a serious heart failure was the ultimate cause of his death, which occurred Monday at 4 a.m.
Mr. Long had only been in Montana about two years, he was a brother of Thomas D. Long, who recently moved to Dubuque, and Mrs. James A. Coram of Kalispell, another sister and two brothers and his father survive him.
The funeral will take place tomorrow afternoon at 2 o'clock from the residence, interment will be in the Demersville cemetery.
