Judge Samuel Howe was prob re-interred in Jan 1836 at the time of Lucy's burial, into the lot at Amaranth (Presidents and Fellows of Harvard College); he was then the first interment/re-interment at Olive Path in May, because the family bought a larger lot. There are not notes from King's Chapel, the tomb (24) may have broken down, so he was placed at the College lot. The re-interment into the lot at Olive was prob a 2nd re-interment and somehow Lucy's record got caught up with Judge Samuel Howe's 2nd re-interment. She was most likely a direct burial at time of death into Amaranth.
