Theda Clark Hazen age 91, a resident of Elba, Alabama passed away Wednesday, February 1, 2017 at Southeast Alabama Medical Center in Dothan, Alabama.
Graveside services will be held at Evergreen Cemetery on Saturday, February 4, 2017 beginning at 11:00 AM with Rev. Ken Wilson officiating.
Burial will follow under the direction of Hayes Funeral Home. I
Survivors include - Daughter - Janet (Dan) De Pina, Dothan, AL, Son - Harold (Renee) Hazen, Jr., Pearland, TX, Sister - Ida Ann Pritchett, Whigham, GA, along with seven grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
She also leaves behind to cherish her memory, several Nieces and Nephews.
Mrs. Hazen was preceded in death by her parents Anna and John Barry Clark, by her husband Harold Edward Hazen, and by a sister Dot Jones.
