Though there is no way to prove it, I believe the Royer Infant at Hollywood Cemetery in Buck Creek, IN is Vernon Royer, son of Samuel M. and Iva Royer and twin brother of Vera Royer, birth est. 1894. If so, Vernon was never forgotten by his siblings, and he was always included as a member of the family. His name was carried on through the next generation. His great uncles, John and Jacob Royer, are also buried at Hollywood Cemetery.
