She was born Nov. 6, 1909 in Hornbeak, daughter of the late Samuel Henderson and Iona (Lyon) Davis. She was the widow of Leonard Ferguson and was a retired employee of General Motors.
Mrs. Ferguson was a member of Refuge Church of Christ near Obion.
Survivors include her son, Leonard Ferguson Jr. of Obion; four grandchildren, Thomas Ferguson, Kenneth Ferguson, Robert Ferguson and Denise Lake; and two great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by her son, Thomas Ferguson; three brothers, Edward Watkins, George Daniel Davis and Judge Davis; three sisters, Irene Davis, Sammie D. Phillips and Mary Bette Rudd; and her granddaughter, Cheryl Ferguson.
