Verma Mae Carter, 90, of Warren, died March 26, 2001, Beverly Health Center at Warren.
Born March 19, 1911, in Drew County, she was a daughter of the late Alonzo Tillman and Hattie Mew Tillman.
She attended the First Assembly of God at Warren and was retired from the Pulaski County sheriff's office.
She was preceded in death by a son, Charles M. Carrey.
There were no immediate survivors.
Funeral services are scheduled for 10 a.m. Wednesday at Frazer's Funeral Home at Warren. Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
