Obituary
Carl Henson passed away at home on Sunday, January 29, 2017. Carl was born in Fort Cobb, OK on Sept. 4, 1931.
He moved to Sanger, CA, with his father Corbra, mother Mable and older brother Cleburn in 1939. Carl proudly served as a Fresno County Deputy Sheriff for 21 years and retired in 1982.
He was an enthusiastic collector of antique clocks, which he skillfully repaired and maintained. He built from scratch three beautiful clocks in his lifetime, two for his grandchildren and one for his loving wife of 40 years.

Carl was preceded in death by his wife, Josephine, and his son, Stephen Henson.
He is survived by his bother Cleburn Henson of El Paso, TX; daughter Karen Marrone and her husband Vince, of Fresno; daughter Paula Reinhardt of Clovis; granddaughter Kristin Ashton of Birmingham, AL; grandson Joshua Marrone of Marietta, OH; and two great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 4:00 to 7:00pm on Monday, February 6, 2017, at Whitehurst Sullivan Burns & Blair Funeral Home, 1525 E Saginaw Way Fresno, CA 93704.

Services will be held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, February 7, 2017 at Our Lady of Victory Church (2833 N. West Ave., Fresno, CA, 93705) with graveside services to follow at St. Peter's Cemetery (264 N. Blythe, Fresno, CA, 93706).
