O'BRYAN, MARIE CARRICATO, 92, of Louisville, passed away Friday, January 19, 2006 at the Nazareth Home. She was the former office manager for Bank of St. Helen's, the former owner of Little Giant Grocery as well as Burger Time Restaurant and the bookkeeper for Carricato Brothers. She was also a member of St. Denis Parish, St. Helen's Parish, the secretary for Catholic Golden Age and a volunteer at the Candy Kitchen. She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry O'Bryan; and brothers, Frank and Bill Carricato. Marie is survived by her son, Jim (Paula) O'Bryan; her adoring grandchildren, Dawn, Amy, Alex and Adam; as well as many nieces and nephews, who cared for her and whom she dearly loved. The family wishes to express their most heartfelt thanks to the Nazareth Home staff for their kind and loving care. Her funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Monday, January 22, 2007 at St. Helen Catholic Church, 4005 Dixie Highway, with burial to follow in Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1-8 p.m. on Sunday at Ratterman & Sons, 3800 Bardstown Road. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Nazareth Home, 2000 Newburg Road, Louisville, KY 40205.
