William F. Bock Age 71 of Newark, DE passed away at home with his family on Monday, May 6th, 2002. Bill graduated from Unionville High School, NJ in 1948, where he was known as the "wonder-man". He served in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict. He graduated from the Newark College of Engineering with a Bachelors of Science degree in Engineering and then graduated from the Golden Gate niversity in CA with an MBA. Bill was an engineer with the Chevron Oil Co., for 35 years. He was an avid gardener, swimmer and reader. He was predeceased by his wife of 47 years, Dorothy Dugan Bock. Bill is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Diane and Gerald Darke of West Grove, PA; and his grand pups, Buddie, Laddie and Kallie. Funeral services will be held at the DOHERTY FUNERAL HOME, 3200 Limestone Rd., Pike Creek on Friday, May 10th at 8 pm, where friends may call after 7 pm. Burial will be in Bayview Cemetery, Jersey City, NJ.
