The death of Bridget Leighton, widow of Samuel Leighton, occurred at the home of her daughter in law, Mrs. Edward Leighton, corner East Fifth and Bridge streets early this morn ing.

Mrs. Leighton was born in Ireland, coming to this country when very young. She had lived in this city practically all her life and was a member of St. Paul's church and was held in high esteem by a large circle of friends.

Mrs. Leighton is the last of her family, four deaths having occurred in the family circle in eighteen months.
One brother, Anthony Culkin survives.
