Son of Judge John Archibald Campbell and Martha Woodley Campbell died of tuberculosis on the mountain of Pikes Peak, Colorado. His body was brought back by train to New Orleans and was picked up by his wife and sister. Bringing him home to Vicksburg, Mississippi.
