August 21, 1843. WILLIAM HOLLAND LECKY DANIEL CUDDY was indicted for the willful murder of David Lyner Fawcett, as second (and the one who produced the guns) to Alexander Munro in a duel. He was found Not Guilty, for lack of evidence.
