She is survived by her Daughter, Janice Blain of Olney; Grandchildren, Jason Hagen, Nathan Headley, Donna Weir, and Christine White; Great Grandchildren, Christopher, Jordan, Brandon, Johnathan and Morgan Weir, Caleb Kurtz, Shyanne, Michael, and Abigale Hagen, Anthony Deem, Jodi Churchill, Kadeth Churchill, Lauren and Zoe Hagen; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, David Blain; 9 brothers and sisters; several grandchildren, and several great grandchildren.
Cremation rites were accorded. There are no services scheduled.
