Groton, Jan. 14 - Truman Smith, aged 75 years, passed away Tuesday afternoon, Jan. 11.
The funeral was held Friday at 12 o’clock from his late home east of Groton and at 1 o’clock from the church at Groton City.
Mr. Smith is survived by his wife; one son, Edgar Smith, of Auburn, and one daughter, Mrs. Hilda [sic] Gillette, of Como.
Burial will be made in the Groton Rural cemetery.
