Services were held at 3 p.m. Friday at Bowlin Funeral Home in Dresden with Bro. Nathan Horton officiating. Burial was in Sunset Cemetery in Dresden.
Kenneth Edwards, John C. Edwards, Joey Harrison, Pankey Bates, David Reddick and Roy Roberts served as pallbearers.
Mrs. Adams was born in Jackson, the daughter of the late Jim and Monnie Mires Jones. She was a homemaker and a member of the Methodist faith.
Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Gale and Joe Sumler of Beech Bluff; a grandchild; a great-grandchild; and three great-great-granchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Elmer Adams.
