WIlma G. Bolin, 66, Camby, longtime resident of Martinsville, died at 9:30 p.m. on April 24, 2006, at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.

The daughter of the late Joseph and Herma (Chafin) Marlett, she was born on Sept. 11, 1939, in Nashville. She was the widow of Ira G. "Hoby" Bolin.

She had worked for Nice Pak in Mooresville and retired from Krogers in Martinsville in 2004.

She was a member of Hoosier Harvest Church in Martinsville.

She enjoyed reading, crocheting and working crossword puzzles.

Survivors include two daughters, Kristi Bales of Camby and Katrina Grovenberry of Martinsville; four sons, Danny Shipley of Martinsville, Kenneth Shipley of Virginia, Kevin Shipley of Colemont and David Shipley of Jasonville; a brother, Gene Marlett of Bloomington; 18 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Cathy Shipley; a brother, Joe Marlett, and a sister, Mary Kent.

The service will be 6 p.m. Thursday at Neal and Summers Mortuary in Martinsville. The Rev. Chris Page will officiate.

The body will be cremated.

Friends may call on Thursday from 4 to 6 p.m. at the mortuary.
